You might be experiencing:
- Irregular or absent periods
- Night sweats, hot flashes and disrupted sleep
- Mood changes, increased irritability or anxiety
- Fatigue and reduced energy levels
- Brain fog and memory difficulties
- Changes in skin, libido or vaginal comfort
What We Will Focus On Together
This is a structured 3-month programme where we work step by step to support your body:
- assess your current symptoms, health history and lifestyle
- create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy
- support hormonal balance through food, daily habits and stress regulation
- adapt your plan as your body responds over time
- provide ongoing guidance and support between sessions.
We will meet regularly (approximately every 3–4 weeks) to review your progress and adjust your plan. Where appropriate, supplement guidance may also be included based on your individual needs.
