1. Scope of Services
Bienestar FeelGood provides nutritional therapy, lifestyle guidance and general wellness education delivered by a qualified Nutritional Therapist.
These services are intended for informational, educational and preventative wellbeing purposes only.
They do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and are not a substitute for medical advice, medical treatment or professional mental health care.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in these services.
2. Client Responsibilities & Communication Policy
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide full, accurate and up-to-date health, lifestyle and dietary information.
- Inform your GP or relevant healthcare provider before making significant changes to diet, supplements or medication.
- Follow recommendations as agreed during the consultation process.
- Inform your therapist of any changes to medication, diagnoses or treatments during the programme.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your plan.
Communication Policy
All consultation-related communication must be sent via email to: bienestar.feelgood@gmail.com.
WhatsApp, text messages or phone calls are not monitored for professional use.
Email response time: within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).
For any health concern requiring urgent attention, contact your GP or local emergency services.
3. Consultation Policy
- Initial Consultations last 90 minutes.
- Follow-up sessions vary depending on your chosen package.
- All consultations are conducted online via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the session without affecting the fee.
Delivery of Personalised Plans
- Following your consultation, your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan will be delivered within 3 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays or periods of high demand.
- Plans are tailored based on the information provided by the client during the consultation process.
4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment
Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your consultation or workshop place.
Cancellations by the Client
- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Cancellations by the Therapist
If I need to cancel or reschedule:
- You will be offered the next available appointment at no extra cost.
- If I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a full refund.
Workshops
Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior notice and approval.
5. Confidentiality, Online Consultations & Data Protection (GDPR)
Your personal information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR.
- Data will not be shared without your written consent unless legally required.
- Online consultations are conducted through secure platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- You are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private space and stable internet connection.

6. Supplements & Functional Testing
Supplement and laboratory test recommendations are optional and may incur additional costs.
I do not receive commissions from supplement brands or labs unless clearly stated.
Recommendations are based on quality, formulation and suitability for your individual case.
For safety and best results:
- Use the specific products recommended or inform me before purchasing alternatives.
- Substituting supplements without prior discussion may affect outcomes, and I cannot be held responsible for adverse effects.
Discount codes or ordering links may be provided when available.
7. Health Disclaimer
Nutritional therapy is not medical advice.
You must consult your GP or specialist for diagnosis, treatment and management of any medical condition.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Health Information & Disclosure Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about:
- Medical history
- Diagnoses
- Medications and supplements
- Allergies
- Symptoms
- Treatments provided by other professionals
Recommendations are based solely on the information you provide.
The therapist cannot be held responsible for adverse effects or ineffective outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
9. Liability
The therapist is not liable for:
- Lack of expected outcomes.
- Reactions to supplements or dietary changes when guidance is not followed.
- Client decisions made against recommendations.
- Issues arising from undisclosed medical information.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (meal plans, handouts, resources, workshop materials) are the property of Bienestar FeelGood and may not be shared, distributed or reproduced without written permission.
11. Jurisdiction
These services are provided under UK law and primarily intended for UK and EU residents.
