POST-TREATMENT RECOVERY PROGRAMME (6 MONTHS)
£1650
Structured support for women recovering after breast cancer treatment.
A longer-term programme designed to help you rebuild energy, stability and confidence in your body at a pace that feels safe and realistic.
Who this is for
This is for women who have completed treatment but feel that their body has not fully recovered.
You may be experiencing:
- ongoing fatigue
- digestive changes
- hormonal disruption
- reduced strength or stamina
- emotional sensitivity or low resilience
- a sense that your body feels different
What We Will Focus On Together
Recovery is not linear, and your support needs may change over time.
In this 6-month programme we will:
- review your health history, treatment context and current symptoms
- support energy, digestion and nutritional status
- help regulate stress and support the nervous system
- rebuild strength and resilience gradually
- adjust your nutrition and lifestyle plan as your body recovers
- provide ongoing, consistent support throughout the process
We will meet regularly (approximately every 3–4 weeks), allowing us to review your progress and adapt your support as needed. You will also have guidance between sessions to help you implement changes in a manageable and supportive way.
Important Note
This programme provides nutritional education and lifestyle support and does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. Any recommendations are made within a supportive, non-medical scope of practice.
Alongside my professional training, my work is informed by my own experience of breast cancer recovery. This allows me to support women with empathy, realism and respect for the complexity of this stage of life.
The Aim
To support your body in recovering steadily, helping you feel stronger, more stable and more confident again without rushing the process.
