Professional Nutritional and Lifestyle Support After Treatment
Recovery after breast cancer is a gradual and individual process. Many women find that even after medical treatment has ended, they continue to experience fatigue, digestive changes, hormonal disruption, emotional vulnerability and reduced confidence in their bodies.
I provide structured nutritional and lifestyle guidance for women recovering after breast cancer treatment, supporting them in rebuilding energy, stability and confidence at a pace that feels safe and realistic.
Common Experiences After Treatment
Women often seek support because they are experiencing:
- Ongoing fatigue despite rest
- Difficulties with concentration or memory (“brain fog”)
- Digestive changes or reduced appetite
- Unintended weight changes
- Emotional sensitivity, anxiety or low resilience
- A desire to move forward, but without pressure or extreme approaches
These experiences are common after cancer treatment and deserve informed, compassionate support.
What We Will Focus On Together
This programme focuses on supporting recovery, not rushing it. Our work together may help you to:
- Regain consistent energy and vitality
- Restore physical strength and stamina
- Feel emotionally stable and resilient
- Improve focus, clarity and peace of mind
- Support digestion and metabolism
- Balance hormones and rebuild immunity
- Reconnect with your body and confidence
Recovery is not linear, and no two journeys are the same. Your support plan will be tailored to your individual needs, preferences and medical context.
How The FeelGood Post-Cancer Programme Works
The FeelGood Post-Cancer Programme is a 6-month 1:1 support programme designed to provide continuity, structure and reassurance during recovery after breast cancer treatment.
The programme may include:
- Individualised nutritional guidance to support post-treatment recovery, digestion and metabolic stability
- Lifestyle and stress-support strategies to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing
- Practical meal guidance to help establish nourishing, sustainable habits
- Regular check-ins to review progress and adapt your plan as needed
- Gentle movement and body-awareness guidance, where appropriate
- Supplement guidance and optional functional health testing, when relevant, in collaboration with accredited laboratories
This programme does not aim to “fix” or rush recovery. It offers professional guidance, education and steady support alongside your existing medical care.
Important Note
This programme provides nutritional education and lifestyle support and does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. Any recommendations are made within a supportive, non-medical scope of practice.
